PL 11 / PLK 13
The PL 11 and PLK 13 are both roof top blinds. The PL 11 is a handle operated blind. An operating rod can be used to move this blind into position. The PLK 13 is operated with a crank. The roof top blinds can be fitted horizontally or on a slope. They are supported by fixed tension wires which are UV-resistant, black coated steel wire. Shown here with a blockout honeycomb fabric.
This blind can also be motorised.
PLE 12
The PLE 12 blind is a motorised roof top blind and operated by a remote control. The roof top blinds can be fitted horizontally or on a slope. They are supported by fixed tension wires which are UV-resistant, black coated steel wire. The PL blind series is ideal for roof top windows and conservatories where light and heat control is paramount. Shown here with a translucent pleated fabric.
DF Comfort 20
The DF 20 blind is a skylight blind. This blind has side channels to keep the blind in place. Both the upper and lower rails are moveable giving additional light control. An operating rod can be used to move the blind into position. This blind can be fitted into a window beading only. It cannot be face fitted.
DF 30
The DF 30 blind is a day/night skylight blind. This blind typically has blockout honeycomb fabric as the night blind with a sheer pleated or a translucent pleated/honeycomb fabric as the day blind. The DF blind is a handle operated blind. It can also be operated by an operating rod. The DF 30 blind is held in place by tension strings.
A skylight blind can also be supplied with side channels (DF Comfort 30).
Combination blinds
The PL 11 blind shown here with honeycomb blockout fabric side by side with free-hanging, cord operated F1 blinds as well as a free-hanging, cord operated F Slope 3 blind and an upside down cordless, handle operated VS 4 Slope blind. A mixture of blind mechanisms to cover a large variety of different shaped windows. The blinds have made a vast difference in this home. The staircase is now a lot cooler in summer without the summer sun beaming in and equally stays warmer in winter even when the outside temperatures drop.
